Leica BLK2GO Pulse Handheld Laser Scanner is a handheld first-person laser scanner that allows users to perform rapid, intuitive reality capture from their point of view. With a smartphone mounted on the scanner and using the dedicated app, the scanner’s sensors provide a real-time data stream to the user. With one-button operation, the BLK2GO PULSE instantly captures indoor environments while the user carries it. Onboard PULSE technology from Hexagon is a fusion of Hexagon’s GrandSLAM technology and dual Time-of-Flight (ToF) LiDAR sensors from Sony.

Dual Time Of Flight Sensors

BLK2GO PULSE uses a special scanning method called solid state Time-of-Flight (ToF) LiDAR. This system sends out laser pulses from the scanner many times each second. This pulse of thousands of simultaneous laser points delivers a uniform point cloud instantly.
