Dentsply Sirona Cerec inLab MC X5 Dental Milling Machine provides wet and dry milling to offer dental laboratories with the widest possible range in material choices and dental indications. The 5-axis mill can accommodate materials in both disc and block formats, and it can switch from wet to dry milling quickly and easily. It is designed for high precision milling and can accept CAD files from almost an dental CAD/CAM system. The MC X5 features automated tool changing designed to maximize the lifespan of tools. The interior of the mill is designed to make cleaning simple in order to optimize production time.

Features

Tool-changing concept
Fully automated tool changer may be fitted with up to six tools per process. The tool magazine can be prepared according to material requirements and is managed via the inLab CAM software. The intelligent sister tool management optimizes tool life and reduces downtime. The color coding for material classes, which is consistently used on tools, the tool magazine and in the inLab CAM software, offers additional ease of use and safety.

Discs & blocks
Processes standard discs (Ø 98.5 mm, up to 35 mm thick) as well as block materials. It takes just a few seconds to switch from discs to blocks. The specially designed multi-block holder can accommodate up to eight blocks of different materials and sizes to enable maximum productivity even with multiple single-tooth applications.
